Nexomata identifies technical print-production issues, performs supported corrections, and provides production-ready deliverables when possible. Some files require original artwork, assets, or decisions only the customer can supply.
PDF and PDF/X are the primary supported formats. AI, INDD, PSD, EPS, TIFF, JPG, and PNG may be accepted for selected services, but acceptance does not guarantee repair without additional review.
Nexomata supports commercial-print workflows including digital, offset, wide-format, direct mail, packaging, labels, marketing collateral, retail graphics, and signage.
Customers must provide correct artwork, production specifications, finished dimensions, bleed requirements, color expectations, licensed fonts, and linked assets where applicable. Customers must review returned files before production and retain responsibility for final proof and production approval, content, spelling, branding, legal requirements, and printer compatibility.
Not every file can be repaired. Limitations include:
On-screen appearance does not represent printed output. Nexomata validates technical color settings but cannot guarantee printed color accuracy, which also depends on press calibration, ink, substrate, RIP settings, ICC profiles, environmental conditions, and the print provider’s process.
“Production Ready” means that a file satisfies the configured validation profile used for the requested workflow. It does not guarantee a flawless printed result or compatibility with every production environment.
Published turnaround begins only after payment is received when applicable, required files and specifications are complete, and no customer information remains outstanding. Complex, high-volume, and out-of-scope requests may require additional review.
If Nexomata performs a technical correction incorrectly, that correction will be redone at no additional charge. New requirements or expanded scope may require a revised quote.
Customer files are retained securely for a limited configured period to support delivery, revisions, and service. Files may be permanently deleted after that period unless otherwise agreed in writing. Customers must retain their own backups.
Nexomata provides file-preparation services intended to improve production readiness. Final responsibility for authorizing files for print remains with the customer.
