Early Access FAQ

Clear expectations before you apply

What is Nexomata?

Nexomata combines automated print-file analysis with professional prepress review and documented production findings.

Who qualifies?

Commercial and digital printers, brokers, agencies, in-plant teams, and production departments with repeatable PDF workflows are the strongest fit.

Is Nexomata a printer?

No. Nexomata prepares and assesses production files; your selected printer remains responsible for physical production.

What file types are accepted?

The controlled beta focuses on production PDF files. Supporting specifications may also be requested.

Does Nexomata guarantee printer acceptance?

Nexomata evaluates and prepares files using submitted specifications, automated analysis, and professional review. Final production suitability may depend on equipment, substrate, finishing, color standards, environmental conditions, and printer-specific requirements outside Nexomata’s control.

What corrections are included?

Eligible technical corrections depend on the selected service and accepted scope version. Redesign, copy changes, proofs, and complex reconstruction require a separate quote.

How long does review take?

The standard target is two business days. Priority availability depends on capacity. These are targets, not guarantees.

How much does it cost?

Beta pricing starts at $25 for File Review and $49 for File Repair. Prepress Rescue starts at $99 and requires a manual quote.

How are files protected?

Files use private object storage, generated storage keys, integrity hashes, and expiring signed delivery links.

Can I submit confidential artwork?

Yes, subject to the published privacy, retention, security, and prohibited-content policies.

What happens if the file is outside scope?

The file is preserved and the request is reviewed for a custom option; billable out-of-scope work does not begin without approval.

Can Nexomata work with my printer’s specifications?

Yes. Provide current printer specifications during intake or onboarding.

Can I cancel?

Cancellation eligibility depends on whether review or correction work has begun and always follows the accepted policy.

Will beta pricing remain permanent?

No. Beta pricing may change after notice and does not guarantee future pricing or feature access.

How is feedback used?

Feedback improves service rules, workflow clarity, and automation quality. Marketing and research permissions remain separate.
